Apples, Arsenic, and the FDA

Under the new regulation, apple juice may contain no more than  10 parts per billion of arsenic, a more stringent level than the  previous threshold of 23 parts per billion.
FDA Sets Standard for Arsenic in Apple Juice. The FDA proposed on Friday an "action level" for arsenic in apple juice, with the goal of preventing exposure to unsafe levels of the inorganic form of the element. ...Don't rush or anything....really!!
